"Called State Farm today about our truck insurance going up. Place doesn't have a clue what they're doing. Found another State Farm Place in Deland which helped us significantly with our problem. Gail Williams State Farm should be out of business the way they treat their staff. Staff member informed me the owner Gail is leaving employees in the office by themselves that don't even have the proper license to do business. Found out that is against State Farms policy."
